Heart Forward hats are classic foam trucker hats — the same style you've seen everywhere, made from soft foam with a structured front panel and a mesh back for breathability. They're lightweight, comfortable, and made to be worn every day. The heart is applied directly to the front panel as a bold, clean patch.
All Heart Forward hats are one size fits most, with a snapback closure at the back that adjusts to fit head sizes from about 21" to 23.5". The snapback makes it easy to dial in the fit you like — loose and casual or snug and secure.
On the shop page you'll find our hat builder — Step 1 is your hat color (Black, Navy, Bright Blue, Light Pink, or Green) and Step 2 is your heart color from all 12 community colors. You can see a live preview of your combination before you buy.
The heart color is what matters most — it's the one that connects you to your community. The hat color is your style choice. Mix and match freely.
Spot clean only. Wipe the front panel with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or put in the dryer — it will warp the foam front panel. For the mesh back, a gentle hand wash is fine. Let it air dry naturally.
What the heart colors mean and how to find yours.
Each of the 12 heart colors represents a chapter of motherhood — a season you're living, surviving, healing from, or celebrating. Yellow is Anxiety & Mental Health. Light Blue is Autism Spectrum. Red is Child Loss. And so on through all 12.

Many moms do. You might wear yellow for anxiety right now and graduate to rainbow once you're on the other side. There's no wrong answer. Pick the color that feels most true today — your story isn't finished, and neither is your collection.

How the group chats work and what to expect.
Every hat purchase automatically connects you to your private heart color community — moms championing the same cause, supporting each other through the same season. It's a space full of moms living the same chapter — share your story, celebrate wins, ask questions. No explaining needed. No starting from scratch. You're already understood the moment you walk in.
After your purchase is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your private community access link. Click it and you're in — no additional sign-up or verification needed. The link is unique to your order.

Yes — completely private. Each color community is a closed group championing a specific cause. Only moms who purchased that heart color can see and participate in the chat. Nothing you share is visible to the public, to people in other color communities, or indexed anywhere online.
What's shared in the community stays in the community.
Yes. Each hat purchase unlocks the community for that heart color. If you buy a yellow hat and then later a rainbow hat, you'll have access to both communities. Your story evolves — your access does too.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within the US. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we're working toward — join the email list to be the first to know when it's available.
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your hat is already in production and we can't make changes. Email us at Demi@heartforwardco.com as soon as possible and we'll do everything we can to help.
Free standard shipping on all US orders. Expedited options are available at checkout if you need it sooner.
For the mom who needs her color but doesn't know it yet.
Yes — and it's one of the most meaningful things you can do. At checkout, select "This is a gift" and enter the recipient's shipping address. You can include a personal note, and we'll make sure the community access email goes to the right person so they can join their color community from day one.
Trust your gut — you know your person. Browse the full Color Guide and pick the heart that matches where she is right now. If you're still unsure, the Rainbow heart (We Made It) or the Hot Pink heart (Flamingo Mom — getting her pink back) are beautiful gifts for almost any mom.
Gift cards are also available if you'd prefer she choose her own color.
Yes. Gift wrapping is available as an add-on at checkout. All Heart Forward gifts ship in our branded box with tissue paper and a card. A handwritten personal message option is available — just add your note at checkout and we'll write it for you.
How Heart Forward gives back every December.
A portion of profits from each color goes into that community's annual giving pool. Every December, every mom in that color's community votes on which organization receives the donation. Three curated organizations are presented per color — chosen for their direct relevance to that community.
The donation goes out December 20th, and the results are shared publicly in the community. The moms who lived it decide where the money goes.
A percentage of every hat sold is allocated to that color's giving fund. The more hats sold in a color, the bigger the donation that community gets to direct at year-end. Full transparency on totals is shared with the community every December.
Every December, a voting poll is posted in your color community's group chat. You'll see three organization options curated for your community — you vote once, and the organization with the most votes receives the donation. Results are announced December 15th and the donation goes out December 20th.

Because every Heart Forward hat is made to order with your chosen hat color and heart color combination, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your hat arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it immediately at absolutely no cost to you. Just email Demi@heartforwardco.com with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.
