Every Heart Forward hat is made to order with your chosen hat color and heart color combination. Because of this, each hat is unique to your order and is not a stocked item pulled from a shelf.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of your order is the price you will be charged. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase is complete. If you do not receive a confirmation within a few hours, check your spam folder or contact us.
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Standard shipping to US addresses takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Heart Forward currently ships within the United States only. A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order ships.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Free standard shipping is included on all US orders. No minimum required.
Because every Heart Forward hat is made to order with your specific hat color and heart color combination, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
However: if your hat arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — meaning we made an error in the production or shipping of your order — we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. Email us at our contact form with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will make it right.
We stand behind every hat we make. If something is wrong, we fix it. Full stop.
Every hat purchase includes access to the private Heart Forward community for the heart color you selected. Community access is delivered via email link after your purchase is confirmed.
Community access is tied to your order and is non-transferable. It is intended for the purchaser or gift recipient only.
Heart Forward reserves the right to remove community access from any member who violates our Community Guidelines (see the Community Guidelines tab). Removal of community access does not entitle you to a refund.
Community platforms may change over time. Heart Forward reserves the right to move communities to different platforms with reasonable notice to members.
A portion of profits from each heart color is allocated to that color's annual giving fund. The exact percentage is determined by Heart Forward and may vary year to year.
Every December, members of each color community are invited to vote on which organization receives their community's donation. The vote is non-binding in the sense that Heart Forward retains final discretion to ensure donations meet legal and ethical standards, but our commitment is to honor the community's choice.
Donations are made in good faith and are not guaranteed to reach a specific dollar amount, as they are tied to sales volume. Heart Forward will publish donation amounts and recipients annually.
All content on heartforward.com — including but not limited to text, images, logos, the Heart Forward brand identity, the heart-with-arrow logo, color names, color community concepts, and the overall brand — is the property of Heart Forward and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Heart Forward content without our express written permission.
Heart Forward is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, website, or community. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase.
Heart Forward makes no medical, psychological, or therapeutic claims about its products or communities. Our hats and communities are not a substitute for professional mental health support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Heart Forward will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Hampshire.

Heart Forward communities are private, color-specific group chats for moms who are living, surviving, or coming through a specific chapter of motherhood. These spaces are built on trust.
The women in your community have chosen to be seen. Some of them are sharing things they have never said out loud before. These guidelines exist to protect that trust — and to make sure this community remains a place where every mom feels safe enough to be honest.
If you see something that violates these guidelines, please contact us through our contact form. We take every report seriously and respond within 24 hours.
Heart Forward communities are spaces for support, not crisis intervention. If you or someone in the community is experiencing a mental health crisis, please reach out to professional resources.
Heart Forward is not a mental health service and community members are not mental health professionals. Please do not rely solely on this community for crisis support.
Heart Forward reserves the right to remove any member from the community for violations of these guidelines, at our discretion. Removal of community access does not entitle the member to a refund of their purchase.
We will always try to address issues with care and context. Most situations don't require removal — they require a conversation. We believe in grace first.
Serious violations — harassment, sharing private member information, or content that harms children — will result in immediate and permanent removal.
